MetaLink™ for Bioinformatics Data Mining

Available on MAC or PC!    MS Internet Explorer,  FireFox and  Safari compatible.

MetaLink™ allows users to upload their own interaction data and overlay it on MetaCore’s manually curated networks for various data mining applications. The interaction data may derive from text data mining, yeast-two-hybrid (Y2H), immunoprecipitation pull-down experiments, co-expression data or other origins. Custom interactions are parsed into MetaCore™ and used as input in multiple network-building algorithms. MetaLink™ is an “add-on” tool seamlessly integrated with both MetaCore™ and MetaDrug™ bioinformatics software platforms. It is available for web portal or in house installations on a named or concurrent user basis. MetaCore™ or MetaDrug™ is a pre requisite for this bioinformatics add-on.
