Senior scientist/Project manager: systems biology and data modeling

GeneGo Inc., a systems biology company, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to work in a senior scientist/project manager position. In this position you will lead company’s effort to develop data modeling expertise and provide related services to our clients in pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

The successful candidate will have Ph.D. degree in Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics or related field and at least five years of relevant experience. Applicants should have proven track record of successful research and hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Qualitative or quantitative modeling of large clinical datasets
• Data integration, data mining and knowledge discovery
• Meta-analysis of genetic, genomic and proteomic disease data
• Analysis and modeling of biological networks.
